What is the Membership Term?

What is the Autorenew?

- Autorenew is when your membership renews automatically at the end of your current membership contract period
Can I just try it out first?

- All new weekly memberships come with a 7 Day cooling off period, in which, if you decide within the 7 days from sign up you don't wish to continue you can cancel the Membership Contract and only pay for the first week.
How do I book classes?

Can I just turn up without pre-booking?

- No, all classes must be pre-booked
How do I cancel a booked class?

- On the email confirmation you received when you booked the class select the "cancel or reschedule" button at the bottom and follow the prompts

How far ahead can I book classes?

- If you have a weekly membership you can book a maximum of 7 classes each week up to 7 days in advance
- If you have monthly or yearly membership you can book a maximum of 28 classes each month up to 31 days in advance
Can I get a credit for the classes I don't attend each week?

- No, Class credits reset each billing period
What happens if I can't attend for 1 or 2 weeks?

- Your membership continues as normal.
How do I update or change my Credit Card?

- This can be done right from your account.
- Select your name top right
- Select billing
- Select Update Card under your membership
- Follow the prompts

Can I cancel my membership?

- All Cancellations are at TDS discretion and will be approved on a case by case basis:
- Membership cancellation will be approved if:
- Cancellation request is received via email inside the 7 Day cooling off period
- Cancellation request is received via email inside the Trial period (if applicable)
- Cancellation request is received via email within 7 days of contract auto renewal
- All other cancellation requests must be submitted via email with 90 days notice and be accompanied by valid proof of medical or location restriction.
- NO cancellation requests will be approved for:
- Change of mind
- Holidays
- Short term illness or injury
- other reasons not listed above

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

- No, memberships cannot be transferred
Can I share my membership with another person?

- No, memberships cannot be shared
Can I suspend my membership?

- All suspensions are at TDS discretion and will be approved on a case by case basis:

What happens on public holidays?

- Classes will not be held on State and Nationally Recognised Public holidays
- Any cancelled classes will not be rescheduled or credited
Is there an EOY break and will I be charged?

- Yes, the end of year break begins on the 24th of December through to 2nd of January Annually. During this period no classes will be held and all charges will continue.
Can I change my membership between Weekly, Monthly and Yearly?

- Yes, a maximum of 1 (one) membership change per contract period
What happens if you are shut down with COVID-19 Restrictions?

- We will always follow the guidance of the QLD Department of Health and adhere to all restrictions and laws. We will endeavour to restructure classes in different formats as restrictions are introduced and relaxed. In the event the studio cannot continue with classes at our physical location, students will have the option to attend online classes or suspend their membership payments until physical classes resume.
