About this class:
Get Dance Fit!!!
This class is great for all ages and abilities that want to improve their overall fitness and dance conditioning.
This class is split between two sections:
- Section 1: Warm Up & Dance Cardio
- Section 2: Dance Conditioning & Warm Down/Stretch Session

- All classes run in courses of 4 weeks before we change routines.
What to bring:
- Bring your own towel, drink bottle and fitness mat
- Please wear closed in exercise shoes (runners or joggers) and comfortable fitness attire

- Follow current COVIDSafe Policies and Templeton Dance Studio Procedures
- Respect everyone’s rights including but not limited to:
- Privacy
- Safety
- Personal space
- To have fun
- We strongly discourage unwanted romantic advances in the studio
- No bad language
- No lifts or drops
- Non-marking exercise shoes must always be worn
- No bare feet, thongs or sandals
- Practice good hand hygiene:
- Wash or sanitise hands before, after and between dances
- After you sneeze or cough
- Avoid touching your face
- Always be part of the group (No separating yourself outside the circle)
- Wear clean clothes and practice good personal hygiene
- Dancing is a physical activity, we recommend the use of anti-perspirant
- Bring your own water bottle
- No food or drink to be consumed in the ballroom (except water)
- Strictly no alcohol to be consumed on the premises
- Do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances
- Do not attend if you are unwell
- Be accepting and tolerant of everyone’s level and ability
